Two officials who were disciplined for their role in last year’s tainted milk scandal have been reappointed to other high-ranking government positions, a Chinese newspaper reported Thursday. One official, Bao Junkai, the deputy director of food inspection for the government’s product safety agency, now heads a department in Anhui Province that inspects imports and exports. The other, Liu Daqun, the former head of agriculture in Hebei Province, has been reappointed mayor of a city in Hebei, the paper said
